Vietnam boat capsized after harassing Chinese ship: Xinhua

BEIJING (Reuters) – A Vietnamese fishing vessel capsized in disputed waters in the South China Sea on Monday after “harassing and colliding” with a Chinese fishing boat, the official Xinhua news agency said on Tuesday.
