Chicago White Sox right-hander Felipe Paulino was put on the disabled list Saturday because of right rotator cuff inflammation. The move came a day after Paulino allowed 13 hits and 10 runs in 3 2-3 innings in the series opener against Texas, a 12-0 loss by the White Sox. Before his four starts this year, Paulino (0-2, 11.29) hadn’t pitched in the majors since ligament replacement surgery in his right elbow in July 2012, after going 3-1 with a 1.67 ERA in seven starts for Kansas City that season. Right-hander Andre Rienzo was recalled from Triple-A Charlotte.
