Shooter at Fort Hood Army base in Texas, injuries reported: police

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) – A gunman opened fire in the Fort Hood Army base area in central Texas on Wednesday, injuring an unknown number of people, police said, and the base has issued a shelter-in-place order for all personnel there.
